Article 4.  How to Spend 72 Hours in Rome on a Romantic Getaway

Rome, the eternal city, is one of the most romantic cities in the world. If you're planning a romantic getaway, here's how you can spend 72 hours in Rome.

Day 1: Begin your day exploring the Roman Colosseum, one of the new seven wonders of the world. In the evening, take a romantic stroll through the charming streets of Trastevere.

Day 2: Take a tour of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel, two of the most famous sites in Rome. In the afternoon, visit the romantic Trevi Fountain and make a wish.

Day 3: Take a day trip to the picturesque town of Tivoli and visit the Villa d'Este, a beautiful Renaissance villa with some of the most stunning gardens in the world. Return to Rome in the evening and enjoy a romantic dinner for two in one of the city's many fine-dining restaurants.

Sisi Quadri passes on at 44

  Comic Nollywood actor, Oyebamiji Quadri, popularly known as Sisi Quadri, has died at the age of 44. The actor known for his quick jabs and quips in Yoruba movies and more recently on social media skits, died on Friday ,(yesterday) in his home state of Osun. He died at the general hospital in Ogbomoso where he was receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness Quadri’s death coincides with the release date of his latest movie, Anikulapo: Rise of the Specter, where he played one of the three ghosts in the mystic epic series directed by Kunle Afolayan. Some of Quadri’s colleagues have also confirmed the death of the actor in the social media posts. NYSC member slumps, dies while watching Nigeria, South Africa match

 Reporter: Awosiji Toluwalase. Date: February 8, 2024. A member of the National Youths Service Corps, NYSC, slumped and died during the penalty shootout stage of the match between Nigeria and South Africa, Wednesday evening. It was gathered that the youth, identified simply as Samuel from Kaduna State, who was serving in Adamawa, died just before the last kick that ensured Nigeria’s progress to the final of the African Cup of Nations. A witness said in a social media post, “We lost one Nigerian during our victory celebration over South Africa today at our sports viewing center here in Numan. “The corps member who is serving in Numan from Kaduna fainted before the kick of the winning goal. He died before they could reach the hospital. May his soul rest in peace.” The NYSC Coordinator in Adamawa State, Mr. Jingi Dennis, confirmed the matter in a telephone conversation Thursday morning.
